Thursday Night Adult Small Boat Racing
Cambridge Yacht Club proudly announces the return of Thursday Night Adult Racing! Our intention is to encourage small-boat sailing among club members. Small boats must have a hull length of 20′ or less, and you may race or your own boat or borrow one of our newly refurbished Lasers.
One-design class races will consist of three or more boats of the same model. If there are fewer than 3 boats in a class, a handicap will be assigned. The North American Portsmouth Handicap System will be used to level the racing across all boats.
SCHEDULE
First race is at 6:00 PM every Thursday June through August.
- Session 1 – June 1 through July 13, 2023
- Session 2 – July 20 through August 31, 2023
FEES
Your cost depends on your CYC membership level and whether you are bringing your own boat or sailing one of the CYC fleet.
